Tonight here at the cemetery - beneath the serious
stares of the stone angels - the more I think about the general attitudes of
life - the more I feel the need to become an increasingly more mentally strong
and serious person - and also somehow now also - a more emotionally strong and
serious person as well - For what I really hate about this country and society
that I live in - is the way too many people indulge in satire when dealing with
very serious aspects of life and personal issues - for satire is such a
wrongful and immature way of dealing with life and personal, political and any
social issue - or more specifically escaping from and not dealing with important
and necessary serious personal, political and social issues - for satire is a
form of detaching from and not dealing with and facing life and the problems
and the issues that we are confronted and faced with throughout our lives - and
in fact satire is not only an immature way of dealing with problems and issues
it is also based on an escapist mentality - and this is because satire is a way
of indulging in various forms of humorous mental meandering - in order to
specifically remain detached from and avoid the true and often emotionally,
mentally, politically and socially difficult problems and also the
confrontational core of the issues that are being wrongfully satirically
portrayed - it is also in this context that people who indulge in satire are
living in a state of sickening detached luxury whereby they are the ones who do
not have to experience and actually feel the horrible aspects and the horrible
nature and core of the problems and issues that they are wrongfully satirically
portraying - And even if someone is using satire to try and criticise to expose
one or more serious personal, political and social issues - then satire is
definitely not an appropriate way of dealing with any serious issue - and this
is because satire may make people think about a serious problem and issue -
however satire will wrongfully make people think about any serious personal,
political and social issue as a joke and in a humorous context - instead of in
a serious context as any personal, political and social issue should be
portrayed, discussed and dealt with - and to entice people into thinking and
feeling about serious issues and problems as a joke and in a humorous manner is
very irresponsible and harmful - because life's issues and problems should be
portrayed in a serious manner - because it is only through serious thought and
understanding that life's problems and issues can be truly understood and dealt
with - and so satire should never be used to portray life's issues and problems
- and instead life's issues and problems should always be portrayed in a
serious way in order to provoke serious thought and hopefully some kind of
in-depth understanding that will eventually somehow lead to an eventual
solution to the problems and issues that we are faced with and have to deal
with in life - Thus it can be seen that satire is a very immature and
irresponsible and insensitive and indulgent problem that does not face,
confront, expose and deal properly, seriously and responsibly with life's many
issues and problems that we are faced with and which need to be deeply and
seriously explored in order for them to hopefully be eventually understood and
dealt with in our existence.
