It is now the birthday of my stepfather who as I
have stated previously and specifically here earlier in one of my diary data
entries he is an Australian of Maori New Zealand descent - not that a person's
race or ethnicity has got anything to do with whether a person behaves in a
good or bad way - because if I have learned anything from all the crime and/or
wrongful behaviour that I have been witnessed, been around, experienced and
been through in my life - it is that a person's race and ethnicity definitely
does not have nothing to do with determining whether a person behaves in a
harmful and wrongful way - And in specific terms of my stepfather sexually molesting
my blood-sister when she was young and going through puberty when she first
told me as an adult I was obviously shocked and angry – and when she asked me
to get an apology letter from him it took me two years of heavy psychological
warfare to get it from him for her and he got rundown and very physically sick
before he did - but then when he wrote my blood-sister that apology letter for
sexually molesting her when she was going through vulnerable sexual puberty and
she courageously and bravely forgave him he broke down and cried and then he
got better including physically. And obviously from desiring and trying to rape
my younger stepsister when I was sixteen years old I am in no position to judge
my stepfather – and he has been a better father to me than my own actual
blood-father - and in writing an apology letter to my blood-sister showed he
had the courage to face his horrific shame and guilt and admit it was so wrong
and apologise to the point where my blood-sister bravely forgave him and for
that he earns my respect and love.
