Tonight I think I am going to try and meditate to
try and deal with and alleviate my mental anguish that is being driven by my
remorse and guilt for my past sex crimes when I tried to rape my younger second
stepsister when I was sixteen years old - and I have never tried to meditate
before - but this constant and horrible state of mental anguish with all of its
guilt and remorse is destroying my mind which is then also destroying me in
every way - and so now I am going to try and meditate to try and help to heal
and save myself.
